EON (pronounced 'e, on') aims to:
- Promote the advancement of new media education technologies.
- Promote education for sustainability.
- Promote the creation and implementation of advanced knowledge systems for life long learning that link locally and globally.
EON New Zealand is currently host to two projects:
Life Game Project - harnessing the power of immersive games technology to foster the development of life skills and positive lifestyle choices.
Project Mobilise - using mobile devices as catalysts for creativity and having teachers able to use and teach through technology.
