Thien Tran has kindly lent us some of his photos from a recent visit he made to the Mekong with his family.

Thien was born in Vietnam, rescued on the Japan Sea by a Dutch oil tanker, refugied in the Philippines, and immigrated to Canada.

As he says "Isn't life weird and wonderful."
